General Terms and Conditions
- Sailing CBI (Cape Breton Island) Inc. is a certified and registered sailing charter operator.
- Prices do no include sales tax (14% HST) or gratuities.
- Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include meals or beverages.
- Meals and beverages can be catered/provisioned on request. Details and pricing must be confirmed 48-hours prior to sailing.
- Travel costs to/from Baddeck, Nova Scotia, Canada are not included.
- Bookings require a 30% deposit, and payment-in-full is due 14 days prior to sailing.
- Sailings may be postponed due to inclement/severe weather, and will take place the following day (weather pending).
- The Cape Bretoner 1 is thoroughly cleaned and resupplied prior to each sailing charter, including a fuel and fresh water and standard provisions.
- Guests are required to sign a release and waiver of liability prior to sailing.
